$130 Billion still available in Payroll Protection Program

Just heard this on the weekly Friday VBA Covid-19 info call, and confirmed it courtesy of the Washington Post: the federal Payroll Protection Program still has $130 billion unallocated, and the application deadline is extended to August 8. If any of the for-profits or nonprofits you work with have not yet applied for this essentially pre-forgiven loan, in which loans under $2 million will not be audited, now is the time to apply!
